Arthur Charles Clarke (fæddur 16. desember 1917 í Minehead á Englandi, látinn 19. mars 2008 í Colombo á Srí Lanka) var breskur rithöfundur og uppfinningamaður. Hann er þekktastur fyrir að hafa skrifað bókina 2001: A space oddyssey árið 1968.
