Fatboy Slim (16. júlí, 1963, Quentin Leo Cook eða Norman Cook) er breskur tónlistarmaður sem semur og mixar danstólist að atvinnu. Á 9. áratugnum var hann meðlimur í bresku sveitinni The Housemartins.
