Ég er búinn að meðhöndla þetta eins og gilda samþykkt í yfirferð minni á WP-rýminu en í raun hefur ekki farið fram umræða ennþá.

- Ég renndi yfir þetta safn áðan en tókst samt að missa af þessu. Það hefur í það minnsta ekki verið mikill áhugi á því að andmæla þessum viðmiðum þannig að ef enginn mótmælir hér þá held ég þetta sé bara samþykkt. --Bjarki (spjall) 17. desember 2012 kl. 13:15 (UTC)
No free files available[breyta frumkóða]
According to wmf:Resolution:Licensing policy then "...An EDP may not allow material where we can reasonably expect someone to upload a freely licensed file for the same purpose, such as is the case for almost all portraits of living notable individuals...".
The EDP on is.wikipedia says:
- Aðeins má hlaða inn margmiðlunarskrá hingað inn (á is.wikipedia) þegar engin sambærileg skrá finnst á Commons.
As I understand it (Google translate) it says that non-free files is allowed if there is no similar file on Commons. I think that it is to weak. - True, that is an oversight in the EDP.... I am thinking that it would be best just to request a full review of this EDP, just to make sure that it is strict enough.--Snaevar (spjall) 4. janúar 2015 kl. 12:30 (UTC)
